Meet Linda Skuja at the Swiss Yarn Festival 2026
This March, we are beyond excited to welcome Linda Skuja to Switzerland for the very first time! Linda will be teaching, showcasing her beautiful designs, and meeting the Swiss crochet community in person at the Swiss Yarn Festival.
Linda is an internationally recognised crochet designer known for her modern, wearable garments and her innovative approach to crochet texture and structure. She has a special talent for making crochet look refined, elegant, and architectural — often incorporating techniques like crochet cables and beautifully structured ribbings. Her book has inspired crocheters around the world, and now you’ll have the chance to meet her right here in Switzerland!

The festival takes place at the beautiful Riverside Hotel in the historic Spinnerei Letten area — the perfect setting for a weekend full of yarn, creativity, and inspiration.

Linda will be teaching two exciting workshops during the festival:

Discover how to create polished, professional-looking ribbings and edges that elevate your crochet garments to the next level.
🧶 Mastering Flat Crochet Cables
Learn how to create stunning flat crochet cables with confidence and precision — a signature element of Linda’s designs.
If you love structured crochet and want to expand your technical skills, these classes are not to be missed!
Meet & Greet with Linda
Date: Saturday, 28 March 2026
Time: 10:30–11:15
Location: Lobby, next to the Selfie-Point
This is your chance to meet Linda in person! During the Meet & Greet session, you’ll be able to:
- Talk to Linda directly
- See samples of both existing and brand-new designs
- Purchase individual printed patterns
- Buy signed copies of her book (available in English and German)
After the Meet & Greet session, there will be a separate sales spot in one of the exhibitor halls where patterns and books will continue to be available — Saturday only.
