Laines du Nord Unisock 4 Ply is a light fingering weight yarn made from 75% mulesing-free wool and 25% nylon. Its 4-ply construction provides excellent stitch definition. However, due to its S-twist, it may unravel or split if worked too tightly — so a relaxed tension is recommended.

Although Unisock 4 Ply is a classic sock yarn, it is wonderfully versatile and suitable for all kinds of projects: sweaters, cardigans, hats, mittens, scarves, and even blankets!

The pictured gauge swatch was machine-washed (wool program at 30 °C) and steam ironed.
