Due to changes in EU customs regulations taking effect on 1 November 2026, we will temporarily suspend shipping to all EU countries for the entire month of November.
The new regulations require additional product information for shipments from Switzerland to EU customers. Swiss Post is updating its shipping systems to accommodate these requirements, with the necessary changes expected to become available on 26 November 2026.
To allow sufficient time to review the new requirements and make any necessary adjustments to our shipping procedures, Swiss Crochet will resume shipping to EU countries in December 2026.

If you’re planning to purchase yarn, tools, or other supplies, we recommend placing your order before 1 November 2026, particularly if you’re preparing projects or gifts for Christmas.
Orders placed before November will be processed and shipped as usual, subject to product availability.
