Butterfly Kordonaki is a soft and drapey light fingering weight yarn designed with crocheters in mind. Made from 100% mercerized cotton grown in Greece, this yarn stands out for its quality and thoughtful production. The entire process — from cotton cultivation to spinning, dyeing, and packaging — takes place within Greece, resulting in a minimal transportation footprint. Its longest journey is to Switzerland.
The câblé construction gives Kordonaki exceptional strength and durability while remaining lightweight despite its multiple plies. The Z-twist ensures the yarn won’t unravel or split during crocheting, making it a true pleasure to work with.
