Can I bring a friend?
This appointment is designed as a one-on-one experience. Due to limited space, only one person can attend per appointment.
What kind of questions can I ask during the appointment?
The appointment includes guidance on yarn choice, fiber properties, suitable tools, and general project considerations while shopping.
Does this include full project planning or pattern development?
No. This session does not include detailed pattern development, sizing calculations, or step-by-step project planning.
Do I have to buy something during the appointment?
No. There is no obligation to make a purchase during your visit.
What happens if I am late?
Please note that the appointment will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
What happens if I don’t show up?
In case of a no-show, the appointment fee cannot be refunded or transferred.
Is the appointment fee redeemable on purchases?
No. The appointment fee covers the time, personal guidance, and private shopping experience.
